This page provides Information on How to Join Holy Tea Club to purchase
at Wholesale prices or to Join our Business Opportunity. Back
office features have changed! Some of this info is still correct,
but may be outdated.
The numbered notes coincide with the picture it is next too. You
can click on the picture to enlarge it.
How to Join to
Purchase at Wholesale or to start your Business
Opportunity

1. Click "Join The
Club" |
| 2. The green
highlighted area "Referred By:" shows you WHO's website you
are on, if you were referred by someone and you do not see
their name, stop here, contact the person that invited you
and go to their correct website. If this is correct
Continue. |
| 3. Choose your
username, select an easy one that you can remember and one
that your friends or customers can remember. Click
Check Username Availability, if it is taken, there will be a
yellow box highlighting saying it has been taken, if not you
will see the next picture. |

1. Success! Your
username is available and you will see it written here. |
| 2. Double check to
make sure that you are on the correct sponsor's website. If
you are sure then proceed by checking the box next to "I Understand
this CANNOT/WILL NOT be changed". Once your proceed this username
will stay with this sponsor for 6
MONTHS minimum. Proceed if you are on the right website. |
| 3. Select a
password you can remember and fill out the form in full. |

Once you have submitted your
information, you will see this page. Read it, be sure
to write down your username and password in a safe location
and click "I confirm that I have read this" To continue into
your "account" or "back office".
NOTE:
BOOKMARK your personal website by adding it to your
favorites, this brings you to your own username so you
can login and order at Wholesale prices, check on orders
placed, view your matrix.
How to Bookmark...
Go to the page that you want to remember,
While you're viewing
it, At the top of your browser
(page), way top you will see
the Bookmarks menu if you're using Netscape
Navigator,
Click Add Bookmarks in Netscape
Navigator,
or the Favorites menu if you're using Internet
Explorer, Click on "favorites",
then click on "Add to favorites", then click "ok".
- You can create folders
for different categories and put your favorites in them
so the list doesn't get too long.
- You can rename or
delete your favorites at any time.
- To go to the Web page
once you've saved it, just open the Bookmarks or
Favorites menu and choose the page.

You are now signed in to your Account or
as it is referred to your "back office". The next
picture shows what it looks like IF you have not yet placed
an order. |
Ordering Products:
Order
Products w/optional Autoship Setup A
page will come up showing order information for Holy Tea.
$40 for 30 day supply. Beside it is a drop down box that
you can choose your quantity of 1, 2, 3 or more months
supply. Then click ADD TO CART.
Next,
this page shows your updated shopping cart with Shipping
Charges. Under that will be a Shipping Table with rates.
Scroll down under that and you will see
Make Autoship Save $$$.
Click there on the red words to set up
autoship. This will remove your shipping charges and set up
your autoship for next month for the same amount you are
currently ordering. Then
click on
Checkout. Your invoice will be displayed (If shipping or billing is incorrect click on the
little
icon) and below it will be
the area with your billing info and a place to enter your
credit card number, expiration date, and 3 digit security
code from the back of your card. (These are the last 3
digits on the far right side of the back of most cards and
the front of Am Ex) We accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express and soon, our own Virtual
Money Card. Make sure you enter the correct name on the
card and billing address. These fields are case sensitive
and must be exactly as what is on your card and statements. Fill out the form in Full Click on COMPLETE
TRANSACTION.
Refund/Return Policy.
Shipping Notice. To verify your order was placed
simply go back into your back office and click on View
Invoices. |

1. To order
products at the wholesale price click "Order products
w/ optional Autoship Setup". If you click on
"Try the Tea" you will
pay RETAIL price.
NOTE: Setting up
an autoship will save you even more money on shipping!
Autoship gives you FREE shipping in the US and $5 off your
shipping cost if you are outside of the US!
Successful Order Emails have the subject
line: AlliedWallet Purchase Receipt from:AlliedWallet |
| 2. View Invoices: This
is where you confirm your orders here once you have placed
an order IF you do not see your order here, your order did
not get placed. IF you see orders here and you did not
place them DO NOT panic! Someone found your website
and ordered off your username! This gives you CREDIT
which you can apply to future Holy Tea purchases or for you
to withdraw for your paycheck |
| 3. Account Manager is
where you must keep your information current.
NOTE:
If you want to tell people about the product and are not
sure HOW to do it click on "Refer-A-Friend".
All you need is their first name, their email address and
which page you want to send them to. If you are unsure
which page to send them to send them to "Products" where
they can read about the product. "Opportunity" if you
want them to join the club and they already are aware of
Holy Tea Club. |

Having
problems? First attempt to contact your
Sponsor, if that fails contact the Help Desk!
Your sponsor is listed on the main page of your Back Office
along with their contact phone number. |

1. Personally
Sponsored Members are people that have ordered from your
website and People that signed up for the Business
opportunity or to purchase at Wholesale. Here you find
their contact information so you can contact those that have
ordered from your website and those that are in the business
that you have personally sponsored. |
| 2. Autoship
Information: IF you have set up
an Autoship this is where your information is. You
click on "View Autoship Details" to Edit/Change your
Autoship, Delete or Update Billing. It will also tell
you here the next time your order will be processed and sent
out. |
| 3. Here you see the $$
you have earned in Commissions (that you can also apply to
your Holy Tea purchases) and to "View Commission Details".
The amount you see here If this is your first time to
View this page you will be asked for your Tax ID number, you
will see:

We have implemented a new security system, that will keep
your account more secure than just your normal login.
We need each account to be unique, so if you have multiple
accounts(Usernames), please use the same Tax Identification
Id as your other accounts, so we can combine all accounts to
one unique ID per person[For Our Tax Reporting Purposes]. We
use Tax Identifications because it is the only unique number
that everyone in the world has, phone numbers are shared,
addresses are shared and so forth. We only report taxes in
the US at this time, so no need to worry about anything if
you are not based in the USA.

for use in managing your commission account.

To receive a check:
You must have $40 in the spot that says "Personal
Wholesale Volume" in your back office as well.
