Holy Tea Club MAGAZINE COOPS

Here is what do you need to do:  This is not a leads list.  You will not need to get on the phone calling every lead. This is far simpler for you.
You need an easy and simple setup for the buyer and/or new distributor. When people read an ad and want to buy the product, sign up, they don't always want to wait.  People are impulsive, they have the time at that moment to complete what they intend to do, our system works with that instant need.
 
Here is how we worked this out:
  1. We have a small number of HTC member buy-ins to the ad and keep the rate low as possible. (1st come, 1st serve)
  2. We set up a "doorway" website (go see www.notjustatea.com [working mothers] and www.herbalsupertea.com [body+soul])
  3. There is a rotator on the "doorway" website with direct website links (not obvious to the "naked eye") of "join now" or "buy now" type buttons that will go straight to your own holy tea club website for purchases and signups.  These buttons change the link every couple of seconds and moves in a circular pattern.
  4. A request to contact via email is also distributed evenly with their name, email and phone.
  5. an 800 number that has a Call Distribution (Circular). Hunting begins with the next number on the list after the number that answered the previous call.  So calls will be rotated right to your home office or cell phone as you have designated with us. You can opt out of the calls, to opt out simply type "No Calls" in the message part during purchase.
What you will hear when people call the toll free number: 
You will hear an announcement "calling from notjustatea.com" or "calling from herbalsupertea.com"
The 800's numbers are being provided as part of the coop, you get a max of 25 minutes to speak to your potential customer- plenty of time to collect their information for an order and if you get lengthy, get their info and tell them you need to call back them back (as these calls are paid for by the coop, don't ask the customer to hang up and call back, they'll get someone else).  
All forms of communication will be evenly distributed!

Residual results!  Mind you... that our websites due to high traffic will crawl up the search engines, and the website is not going to be taking down on the last day of the ad!  All Coop members will have at least 3 months of time on these websites that will be taking in traffic!  After the Ads run and everyone gets their premium spot for the month... everyone will be able to enjoy traffic long after the ads are no longer running.  Example, you opted in for May Body + Soul.  You will be on the website for May, July and August!  If you are June you will be able to enjoy traffic June, July, and August!
